My name is Andie Chan. I have gone through college picking up a certificate for web development. I have been free lancing, and It has been very beneficial all the way, not to mention it’s very prestigious to be able to offer this service to Winnipeg. Building up a portfolio, I want to pick up new ways of doing web development, but I am looking for a full time job to really get some good experience in.
Building experience would be nice now, but without it, I still think up ideas to make web pages with and turn them into affiliate sites. I hope some day finally I will work for some great company where I can learn something every day in the field. I want be absolutely necessary to a company, and give them my all, with my customer service experience.
Building sites is fun, but when they get no traffic I wonder why bother. traffic, where does it come from? I still am looking for a web page which gets me 100 hits a day steady. So maybe SEO is not my game. But I know how to get to the top of Google sometimes. Just check the rankings for some of my sites. SEO is nothing, however. Since Marketing and making use of the clicks people give you is what a webpage should be all about.
The Future for me? apps for the Android. Can’t wait till they fix their refund policy up in favour of the developer.
I’d like to get the QR wave going in Winnipeg and am quite active in approaching people about getting this done. Can’t wait till QR comes to Winnipeg for my android phone.
